The ladle roaster is used for in-line (off-line) baking of ladle and continuous casting tundish, including drying of newly built ladle, fast or slow baking of turnover ladle, fast baking of on-line ladle (tundish), tundish drying station, tundish preheating station, etc
There are two types of ladle baking device: discrete and horizontal, which are composed of mechanical structure, combustion system and control system

(I) Equipment composition:

 & nbsp; The mechanical structure of the ladle roaster is to add a ladle cover on the top of the ladle. The ladle cover is equipped with a burner, and the combustion medium and air are transported to the burner through the pipeline. The online ladle (tundish) is baked for 20~30min, and the ladle lining temperature reaches 1100 ℃< br/>
