There are two types of ladle baking device: discrete and horizontal, which are composed of mechanical structure, combustion system and control system

(I) Equipment composition:

 & nbsp; The mechanical structure of the ladle roaster is to add a ladle cover on the top of the ladle. The ladle cover is equipped with a burner, and the combustion medium and air are transported to the burner through the pipeline. The switch of the toaster is controlled by the transmission system, which is composed of frame, anchor, pneumatic (hydraulic) cylinder or electric hoist, transmission frame, adjusting frame plate and guide wheel bracket

(II) Fuel used in combustion system:

 & nbsp; There are various kinds of gas and liquid fuels to use, such as blast furnace gas, gas from the generator, mixed gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil, diesel, etc. According to the fuel parameters proposed by users, different types of combustion devices are designed to ensure the baking performance

(III) Baking method:

 & nbsp; Baking methods include offline baking and online baking:

? (1) Off-line ladle baking. Dry the newly built package. The turnover bag can be baked quickly or slowly. When using fuel, the heating temperature is above 1100 ℃, and the maximum heating rate is 40 ℃/min. The maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) is 50 ℃. The cold bag is baked offline for 2.5h, and the temperature of the bag lining reaches above 1000 ℃< br/>
? (2) On-line ladle baking. For online ladle (tundish), fuel shall be used for rapid baking, and the heating temperature shall not be lower than 40 ℃/min, and the maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) shall be 50 ℃. The online ladle (tundish) is baked for 20~30min, and the ladle lining temperature reaches 1100 ℃< br/>

1. Off-line steel (iron) ladle baking

is used to dry the newly built ladle. The turnover ladle can be baked quickly or slowly. When natural gas is used, the heating temperature is about 1100 ° C and the maximum heating speed is 40 ° C/min. The maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) is about 30 ° C. The cold ladle can be baked offline for about 2.5 hours, and the ladle lining temperature can reach more than 1000 ° C

2. Online baking (ladle, tundish)

When using natural gas to quickly bake online ladle (tundish), it can be heated to more than 1100C, the heating rate ≥ 40C/min, and the maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) is about 30C. Generally, the target temperature can be reached by baking the lining for 10-20min
