1. The flue gas temperature is high. When the cupola is in normal furnace condition, the flue gas temperature is ≤ 120 ℃ after mixing with the wild wind at the charging port; When the feeding is not timely, the flue gas temperature of empty furnace, shed material and furnace striking will rise sharply, up to 600~800 ℃, which brings difficulties to gas transmission and dry dust removal. 2. There are a lot of dust, a large proportion of micro powder, and most of them are not hydrophilic. The dust content of the original flue gas of the cupola (excluding the wild wind and high temperature expansion) is 10~14g/m3, and 36% can pass the 140 target sieve, of which 50% is not hydrophilic. Because it is not hydrophilic, the wet dust removal efficiency is not very good.
