The series of steel (iron) ladle ovens produced by our factory are applicable to different gas or liquid fuels. Such as blast furnace gas, converter gas, producer gas, coke oven gas, mixed gas, natural gas, heavy oil or diesel, etc. According to the user's combustion medium, the user provides fuel parameters, and designs different types of baking devices to ensure the combustion effect
Technical parameters of ladle baking device:
1. Off-line steel (iron) ladle baking
It is used to dry new crisp ladle, and the turnover ladle can be baked quickly or slowly. When natural gas is used, the heating temperature is about 1100~50 ℃, the maximum heating rate is 40 ℃/min, and the maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) is about 30 ℃. The cold ladle can be baked offline for about 2.5 hours, and the ladle lining temperature can reach more than 1000 ℃
2. Online baking (ladle. tundish)
When using natural gas to quickly bake the online ladle (tundish), it can be heated to more than 1100 ℃, the heating rate ≥ 40 ℃/min, and the maximum temperature difference in the ladle (tundish) is about 30 ℃. Usually, the target temperature can be reached by baking the ladle lining for 10-20 minutes< br/>
