2. Check the erosion of molten iron. If the erosion of the inner lining (refractory bricks and packing materials) exceeds 25% of the original thickness, it should be stopped and repaired immediately
3. The wall temperature around the molten iron ladle shall be measured with a thermometer (the temperature measured at each part shall be recorded in detail)
4. The molten iron ladle structure is complete and free from cracks, open welding and other damages. The shaft sleeve is tightly assembled with the shaft without radial relative rotation and axial movement
5. The wear amount of shaft sleeve shall not be greater than 4mm, and the wear difference of shaft sleeve on both sides shall not exceed 2mm
6. Check the wear of each pin shaft, and the wear shall not exceed 10% of the original thickness
7. The plate hook shall be free of cracks, peeling and other defects, and the wear of the dangerous section of the hook shall not be greater than 10% of the original size. When the wear of plate hook bushing reaches 50% of the original size, the bushing shall be scrapped
8. The increase of plate hook opening should not be greater than 15% of the original size
Check the deformation of plate hook beam. The deformation shall not exceed 15mm/m. Check the rivet and weld
9. The lifting ring shall be free of cracks, open welding and other defects, and shall be scrapped if the diameter wear reaches 10% of the original diameter.
