6)Troubleshooting of the control valve, first of all, check whether the air supply of the baker is normal, the air supply pressure should be 0.4-0.6MPA, check whether the valve "] positioner is normal, and whether the 4-20MA control signal can control the air pressure output of the valve positioner. If the valve positioner has no air pressure output, it is linear. Replace or repair. If the valve positioner is normal. The regulating valve does not move. It may be the valve core card. Use manual or appropriate force to pry it up. If the conventional method cannot solve the problem, replace the regulating valve
7)Eliminate the fault of the stop valve, check the air source of the toaster, check the solenoid valve, and the air source pressure drives the action of the cylinder. 9)Instrument pressure transmitter, thermal resistance, distributor, temperature transmitter and pressure controller are damaged and should be replaced accordingly.
