Generally available filter media include glass fiber filter media, Teflon, Ryton, P84, Gore-tex, etc. Ryton filter material has good acid resistance, hydrolysis resistance and wear resistance, and its price is not too expensive. As long as the oxygen content of flue gas is lower than the level it can tolerate (the oxygen content that can be tolerated at different temperatures is different), it can achieve good results. P84 has better dust collection effect than Ryton, but its hydrolysis resistance is not as good as Ryton. Gortas has good performance, but its price is high. Teflon has good acid and alkali resistance, but its price is high. Glass fiber cloth can not filter gas containing HF, but the price is relatively appropriate
