1. Check the work
Check whether all valves of the equipment are firmly connected before the start of the baler; Check whether the connection of each pipeline is changed; Check the connection of the motor; Check the pressure of compressed air; Check the status of the blower; Check the connection of each line; Check that the normally open fire is normal. Start the fan, open the air valve to purge the pipeline for 2~5 minutes, and then close all gas valves and air valves
2. When starting the ignition
, first raise the cover of the baker, and open the butterfly valve in front of the burner by about 1/6, so that there is a breeze in the air distributor; If there is a natural air intake, the combustion air butterfly valve may not be opened. In case of manual ignition, introduce ignition source; If the automatic ignition device is used, turn on the power supply of the igniter, turn on the ignition switch of the igniter, and then start the gas valve to ignite the gas. After the ignition is successful, gradually open the combustion air valve and the gas valve alternately until the gas burns normally. If the ignition fails, immediately close the gas valve and open the combustion air valve to drain the unburned gas in the furnace, otherwise it is not allowed to ignite again to avoid explosion. After finding out the cause, repeat the above steps until the flame is stable. After the flame is stable, the ignition hole can be closed and the normal heating operation can be started
3. The switching valve operates
Press the start button, the blower and induced draft fan start to operate, and the switching valve operates. The running on indicator light is on, and the reversing indicator is off intermittently. After 2 minutes, the main gas butterfly valve is opened, the main fire of the middle burner is ejected, and the air nozzles on both sides are switched to combustion-supporting air. Continue to press the down button on the control panel to control the distance between the baking cover and the ladle at a proper distance
4. Bake
The fan starts the regulating air butterfly valve. After the combustion is stable, drop the ladle cover, stop the ladle cover at a position 50~100mm away from the ladle edge, and adjust the amount of gas and air to reach a suitable flame. After the ladle baking device is ignited and adjusted, push the trolley or start the electric trolley to approach the ladle for baking. Observe the combustion condition in the bag, and reconfirm the flame condition and reversing switch
5. Adjust the temperature
(1) The temperature is adjusted by gas valve and air butterfly valve. Use the combustion air valve to adjust the air supply of the burner. If the temperature is not enough, first open the gas valve, and then adjust the combustion air valve; If the temperature is too high, close the air valve first, and then adjust the gas valve; When automatic regulation is adopted, the actuator of the temperature regulation system directly controls the gas regulating valve. Sharp increase or decrease of air volume will lead to abnormal combustion or even flameout, so the regulation of gas and air cannot be too large, and the operation must be repeated several times
(2) Judge whether the mixing ratio of gas and air is appropriate by observing the color of the flame. Generally, the color of the flame is blue and purple. If the flame color cannot be observed, it can be judged according to the combustion sound and smoke smell. If the air volume is too small, the combustion sound is low and there is strange smell; If the amount of air is too much, it will emit a high staccato sound. For the furnace with automatic control of furnace temperature and air-fuel ratio, the air volume will be automatically adjusted
6. At the end of baking
Press the stop button at the end of baking, first turn off the gas volume, raise the ladle cover, close the fan, close the gas butterfly valve, close the gas manual gate valve, and keep the normal open flame. In case of special links, close the gas manual stop valve. II. Precautions
1. When the burner is stopped, the gas valve must be closed first, then the combustion air valve must be closed, and then the fan must be stopped. Do not reverse it
2. When the ladle is baking, in case of flameout due to sudden accident or improper operation, all gas valves should be closed quickly, and then ignited according to the specified procedure after the unburned gas is completely removed
3. If the fan is powered off and the air supply is stopped or the air pressure is reduced, immediately cut off the gas valve
4. When the ladle is replaced by the crane, ensure that the thermal insulation thermocouple and refractory materials are not damaged. If there is any damage, replace it before using the toaster
5. Except for emergency events such as power failure and maintenance, the position of each valve shall not be pulled
6. Daily care should be taken when the car is moving, refueling should be done on time, and the track and the line on the platform should be cleaned
7. When baking the ladle, the spacing between the horizontal ladle roaster and the ladle should be as close as possible, and the vertical cover should be controlled between 50 and 100 mm, except for the case of baking a new ladle
