4. The molten iron ladle shall be stable and firm to prevent deformation and damage at the bottom of the sand box. Uneven stacking is strictly prohibited to prevent damage during sand lifting

5. The height of hot metal ladle stacking sandbox should not exceed 1.5 meters, and the gap between stacking sandboxes should be as small as possible under hot air conditions. In order to improve the efficiency of the oven, the gap of the sand mold is usually 5~10 cm. When placing, expand the sand mold and put the small sand mold down. Do not tilt or invert the size. Please do not use bricks or wooden blocks, but use corners

6. It is forbidden to stand on the sand mold when the molten iron ladle is sanding. It is forbidden to walk and work under the sand mold. Use a 36v low voltage ramp operation lamp

7. When the crane starts to ring the first bell, people should avoid the lifted object. When placing objects, they should be firm and quiet, so that the bottom of the sandbox is not supported by hands, and do not place mats when falling
